Pilot House

The Pilot House is near the waterfront in Little River, SC. It is about 7 minutes from our house. I don't know if the building was a rooming house or what, but the downstairs is now a bar with outside seating as you can see. The entry doors on each side are almost always propped open. Little River was a village as early as 1730. There are several seafood restaurants near the waterfront. The town hosts the annual Blue Crab Festival. It's one of the largest festivals in the area (other than motorcycle weeks) and draws several thousand visitors. There was a MG convertible parked to the right of the bikes. I should have included it for my English blip friends.
