A bit of good news tonight............Dad has had a letter from Durham Constabulary........the guy who conned him out of £4000 by "installing" a damp proof course......which wasn't needed, just some crumbling bricks needed replacing.......which was solely painting the bricks black.........has been found guilty of a whole string of similar offences in the North East and has been jailed for 4 years and his partner for 2 1/2 years.

Thank God it's Friday tomorrow!
