Oops! Nearly forgot to blip..........

This little turtle is on the wall at the top of my stairs, bought on holiday a few years ago from Cape Verde it reminds me of the fantastic turtle conservation work that goes on.

Today I've felt more like his near relative the tortoise, everything has been done slowly and steadily with regular breaks where I've pulled my head in and caught a nap, should sleep well tonight!!
