Back Up the Long and Winding.......

A day, well a few hours, of driving back up to the Glen for a couple of days R&R. The drive was a complete re-creation of the opening scene of The Shining all long sweeping curves through the mountains with little or no traffic and big new falls of snow.

So here we are, the stoves are lit, His Highness is in most comfortable spot in the house the hot water bottles are in the bed and cosiness reigns.

All we need now is a good play on the radio and the scene is set for a perfect winters night.
