Once in a lifetime

We've waited so long for today.

Youngest barely slept last night. He was so excited he woke at 12:29 this morning and then again at 6:15.

Well, it's not your birthday every day, is it!

I took them along with me this afternoon to witness the other once in a lifetime event. It was very quiet in the polling station. Just the sound of the scrape of the pencil as my vote was cast.

It's all very, very exciting.
