You go away for a few days and all hell lets loose!

Apparently we missed the storms and the downpours and the flooding. We did think the river looked a bit high when we got back and quick tour of inspection of the village confirmed the intensity of the deluge.

Matters were made worse by the strong offshore wind which prevented the storm water flowing out into the Mediterranean. Still, the surfers are enjoying themselves.
