Fritillary days

They don't get any easier.... I think this is a Heath Fritillary but /I am very happy to be told by someone who knows that it isn't. The white spots have worn away and sadly I didn't have the opportunity to take a photo of the underside.
A brief visit from our builder and a friend of his gave us the opportunity to have an apero whilst enjoying the evening sun before tucking into a shoulder of wild boar kindly donated by another neighbour.
We have even managed to persuade DS#1 and Charlotte A to try a night's camping tomorrow - hope the weather holds.
