A Voting Virgin

Would you believe that I have never voted before.
I've spent years feeling vaguely guilty about this until I read that Scottish votes wouldn't (allegedly) have made a blind bit of difference to the outcome anyway!

Until today that is.

Although I'm rather nervous, I am going to vote today. (I actually had to read the 'how to' instructions on the back of this card!)

Over the last wee while, Facebook seems to have become a place for budding wannabe politicians. Everyone has an opinion, fair enough, but to have those opinions thrust into my personal Facebook domain, I'm sooooo sick of reading about it. But what really irritates me, are those people, who post or comment about how their way is the right way....... (and these people seem to know what they're talking about and appear rather intelligent) ........ but who seem to have failed to grasp basic grammar, spelling or punctuation....... which really has me taking their views into consideration...... not so much.

I have read a lot though, trying to gain as much information as possible, to try to decide which way to go. It has been truly mind numbing.

Such an important decision to make.....
