LAKE HJALSTAVIKEN

We travelled to Hjalstaviken to a Nature Reserve which contains huge lakes where thousands of geese, cranes and waders come to graze. Bluethroats kept appearing from the grasslands and I was quite tempted to use one of those pictures for my blip. I chose instead this picture of a flock of Barnacle geese that had been spooked by a white-tailed Eagle - unfortunately I did not get the Eagle in my shot!
