The last post is now rather early

This notice has just appeared on my nearest post box. While the English is so convoluted as to make it almost incomprehensible, I think it means that from today I need to get my letters in the box before 9 am on weekdays and 7 am (!) on Saturdays if they are to be collected that day. Great service guys: good job I'm an early riser.
