Pretty.....

.....but no bees!

I spent ages trying to take photos of the thousand bees swarming the lavender plants (okay, maybe there were four of them, but it sounded like there were a thousand!)

Every single photo though, focused on the plant behind, and blurred the bees!

But all was not lost, I really do like this photo, it looks so bright and sunshine-ey and you can see why the bees were so happy.....even if they don't make an appearance here.
