Tiny

In our hall we have a big notice board that I made covered in photos I have taken and pictures the children have drawn. This week I have been taking some down to make room for some newer stuff. Murron was born at home and I took this shortly after her birth. You forget just how small a newborn baby is. My younger sister lost her baby recently, her second miscarriage. I felt a surprising sense of loss as I had been buying a few little things and wondering about having such a wee babe in the family again. Sometimes things are just not meant to be, although it really doesn't make it any easier.

So this is for you E. Those tiny little things will keep for when it is meant to be. And you are no failure, the nature of this flower is to bloom.
