Changing

A day of changes today. Working in different places and doing different jobs was a breath of fresh air, after having been stuck on a bathroom job for what seems like ages. It was also really great to be able to get out with the dogs before I headed off to work, something I have missed over the past couple of days. Another change was that my working day was significantly shorter than yesterday and the day before - I was done early enough to scoot home and take the woofers for their afternoon wander.
The change in the season is becoming more obvious in the leaves in the woods - the green is disappearing, turning to yellows and golds, reds and oranges. The woods are looking beautiful. Mind you, they always do... This leaf caught my eye today, just starting to turn yellow as autumn progresses.
Another great change today was that I was able to have dinner with my beautiful fiancée this evening. Life is good.
