Folla Rule vs. London Rule

A colleague of Mrs Catspaw suggested to her the other day that the options on tomorrow's Referendum ballot paper ought not to be 'Yes' and 'No', but a Scottish affirmative 'Aye' and a sceptical 'Aye, Right!'

The occupants of this cottage, at the southern end of the tiny settlement of Folla Rule, have already opted for the former.
