Japanese Peace Garden

Today MrsCyclops had a dentist appointment, and the dentist had suggested that she take BabyCyclops along to get him used to such things. Plenty people cooed over him, and he'll have his own appointment in six months to coincide with MrsCyclops's next one.

As it was on the way past, MrsCyclops and BabyCyclops went to Jenn's Den for lunch - a local cafe / kids play place. Seems good, we'll go again. He'll love it when he's big enough to play with everything they have there. But before that its good to be somewhere set up for little uns where they can be noisy and there's places for baby changing and prams and so on.

Things were going so well that the way home was a scenic route, via Laurison Castle's Japanese Peace Garden.

In other news, BabyCyclops was weighed yesterday after his second trip to the cinema (The Boxtrolls). BabyCyclops now weighs 13lb2oz. He's catching up too, moving up the centiles. Ten weeks ago on his due date he was on the 20th centile for a baby born that day and off the bottom of the scale for a baby born on his birth day. Now he's up to the 65th centile for his due date, and the 10th centile for his birth day. Brilliant.
