Absolutely 'nuts'

A big group of work colleagues met up for a celebratory fun sea swim at Pembroke to celebrate our dear new recruit's 50th birthday! Her friends and old colleagues also joined in the fun.

I'm ashamed to say that I was one of the few who kept dry and watched from the beach.

They had a fab time warming up, splashing around, playing a team relay game, followed by swimming and body boarding in the waves, brrrrr! But probably warmer in then out!

Our lovely birthday lady had then organised for champagne and cake on the beach.

Great way to celebrate:-) (and very cool to see kite surfers in the background- very skilful!)
