Betting Magic

I have a pretty good record of picking losers on the rare occasions I do place a bet, so I put £50 on Yes to win tomorrow. At the pretty good odds of 4.8 that will net me £240 if I do win. Not that it will help take the sting out of the inevitable carnage when Scotland is refused a currency union and forced to reapply for membership of the EU (how anyone can think the Spanish with a veto on our accession and their own Catalonian issues are going to do anything else but make life for us as awkward as possible is beyond me).

Taking some comfort from No to win being 1.2, so a £50 stake for that would net a mere £60. Obvious which way the bookies think it will go.
