September the 17th 2014

Seventeen of nine;
Spent Woof Wednesday at home,
Clementine cake baked.

It felt Autumnal enough today to bake a Winter cake! And as if to prove the point I had to do jiggery pokery with the boiler to get enough hot water for a bath.

Maybe shouldn't have bothered as I then got shampoo in my eye trying to wash my hair while feeling seasick!

Anyway, Stella still doing really well and though she has problem toes, there's nothing wrong with her nose :)

Poor old cake, though yum as usual, was a bit flat, I'm putting in down to having the wrong size eggs as this is one of the only recipes I don't have to tinker with as it's already wheat and dairy free :)
