Spent horrible day, e-mailing and phoning the administration of various companies in order to get paid for work done. Probably only small sums to them, but vital to me. I think I've sorted it now, but it'll be weeks before they appear on my bank account and I know for sure.

So, desperate to escape, I took my dog for a walk in some woods where I haven't been for a year or so.
I came across a notice by the path and saw some trees had been cut to provide space for a small vehicle. Intrigued and wondering if it meant there was a dangerous bees' nest, I followed to a second notice and found four beehives in a newly created clearing.
Really peaceful scene.
