Bognor

The weather was positively Mediterranean this afternoon as we walked along the shore from Bognor to Felpham. Couldn't be a better healing for me. Stopped at the Lobster Pot for tea, it was really lovely sitting in their little seaside garden.

Thank you all for the amazing good wishes yesterday. They really touch me, and at the very least they raise my spirits, possibly they do even more.
