The whole enchilada

Andy came home with his classwork from Home Economics: a vegetable enchilada.

With red and yellow peppers, red onion and two kinds of cheese ("er, mozzarella? No, not mozzarella. Begins with an M. What's the pale one called again... cheddar maybe?") in a tortilla, it smelled delicious.

It took all his self-control not to eat it before I'd taken his picture.
