Mama...you lost the sunset

My boys have been under the weather the last few days so whenever there is a break in the rain we've been getting outside.

The rain let up this afternoon, and so we went on an evening drive to catch the sunset. As we were driving, my son declared that I had in fact lost the sunset. I told him that right around the corner was Sunset Beach. He seemed hopeful we'd find it again.

I took some pics and have decided I hate my little 2x telephoto addon lens thing. It just sucks. My macro one works well, but this one always yields poor photos.

The boys ran around and "fell" into puddles. We headed back home drenched and covered in sand. But they are both smiling and that's what counts.
