Glen Banchor

A beautiful day above Glen Banchor, cloudless, sunny, warm.The glen was occupied from Iron Age times, the dun is visible right of centre, and two mediaeval villages existed. The last family, farmers , moved down into the town in the 1970's.
These days there is deer stalking and walking, three Munros easily accessible from the carpark.
