undecided

i think i'm going to let sam decide which way i should vote tomorrow. i think i want everything the yes campaign seem to want, but am terrified that if i vote yes, and then yes wins by just one vote, then i will feel wholly, personally and individually responsible for the break up of the united kingdom, and then if it all goes wrong, i'll have people chasing me down the street to the benny hill theme tune...

what i really want is a box on the ballot paper that reads: fairness, equality, opportunity, honesty, pride in ourselves and loving thy neighbour. i'd tick that one.
