Heavy on the chickpeas......

.....it's leftovers for lunch.....chicken and chickpea curry with an (experimental) chickpea (gram) flour flatbread and some chilli pickle nowhere near smack dab in the middle.....the parsley's just there for poncy artistic effect;-)

(memo to self: 1 cup gram flour whisked into 1 cup water with a splash of oil, 1tsp salt and spice mix of choice. Leave to stand for a couple of hours to allow flour to absorb water. Lightly oil a heavy-based pan and cook them as you would pancakes. Makes 4)
