Not the traditional postie look for me who grew up in UK, but here fluorescent orange/green is a must for all tradesmen or public workers . It's to keep them safe whether they drive a forklift truck or a delivery van of feathers
. The flag at the back again for visibility but also as I understand it to scare off swooping magpies
