Escape

Went for a drive to the beach this evening with a much loved friend. We sat in the car drinking hot cacao and chatting and praying and listening to the waves. Very enjoyable.

She is a huge inspiration, having been struggling with chronic fatigue for the last two years. This morning she was so weak she was unable to speak. It was wonderful that she was well enough tonight to get out of the house and spend time with us.
