Glass half full?

Why does this always happen to me?
When I went out for a run, the wind was against me - slowing me down - until I turned around and, after that, I had to manage without any cooling breeze. And, rather than the light rain that you ought to be able to rely on in September, I had to cope with full on sunshine.
Just my luck.

A fabulous day... In the afternoon, we cycled to Rottingdean and had tea and cake and read on the beach. It was really hot!
