Self inflicted revoltingness

Next time I reach for the tequila may I remember just how terrible I felt ALL day today. Oh my goodness I felt bad, worst of all it was a sunny day and I completely wasted it! I managed to get out of bed at 12.30pm as Heidi had a party to go to. Helen came to chivvy us along, I am proud that I did not have to be sick in a) Helens car b) the car park or c) during the party though I did sit next to a large bin for the whole of the 2 hour party. Right at the end a couple of slices of cold pizza leftover from the kids party tea and a handful of cakes revived me enough to do the Hokey Cokey with Heidi enthusiastically. I drove to mum and dads, took India swimming and waited for her as I'd got the time wrong so she arrived half way through the session. Went back to mums who rustled up a roast dinner from literally nowhere including this Vienetta that was very exciting for India. A lot of energy was required to take this photo today. I was back into bed for 8pm. India, Heidi and Mark joined me with a combination of reading aloud to each other and themselves and the iPad with some sport thing very loud so it wasn't as relaxing as it sounds!
