Frustration

An evening walk after a frustrating day. Had the afternoon off as had an appointment for my boiler to be services between 2-4 pm. Plumber didn't arrive so called to be told he had (allegedly) been at 11am. When I asked why he hadn't them called my mobile to find out why there was no one home they didn't have a reply. That and the two texts and email over the last couple of days confirming the appointment I mind of got the impression they were trying to cover up.

It wasn't a completely wasted afternoon as got a walk in and a friend has said she will wait for the plumber next week for me.
