Shedding my Skin

How must that feel!!

Some super autumn flowers in the garden today, all shouting to be photographed but this chap steals the show. "Two grasshoppers" I thought as I pointed my lens but is it two mating or just one shedding it's skin?

Those buds from a few days ago were open beautifully today .... hoping the sun shines again tomorrow :-)

I'm sure that someone will comment to tell us what is really going on here.
