Magic Mixing

Today being Shrove Tuesday has inspired me to show you some magical equipment from my kitchen.
This Mason Cash Mixing bowl and silver tablespoon both belonged to my beloved Nana. My mum gave them to me when Nana died. We think she had probably had both since before the war.
I believe they have magic properties as whenever I use them, the finished item is s success. I make all my cakes by hand in this bowl and always fold in flour with this metal spoon.
Tonight I used the spoon to put the pancake mixture in the pan and they were wonderful.
I have the added pleasure of thinking of my lovely Nana whenever I use them.
