No Class Today

Water Exercise Class today was cancelled because of rain. (!!??!!). Maybe it was because nobody showed up. We did have rain this morning as Hurricane Odile is tracking right toward Tucson and is now two days away.

Odile caused great destruction along the Baja Peninsula. By the time it gets to Tucson it will probably bring just heavy rains. Police in our area have already set up signs and barriers at 150 places where washes cross the roadways.

Arizona has a 'Stupid Motorist Law' which stated that violators have to pay for their rescues. Regardless, some motorists drive across flowing washes and their cars get swept downstream, destroyed, and people sometimes drown.
