Boer War Memorial

I walked through Queens Gardens, Warrington, today and decided that this shot would be my blip.

This is a memorial to the officers and men of the South Lancashire Regt who lost their lives during the Boer War. The statue portrays Lt Col McCarthy O'Leary, CO of the 1st Battalion.
