Exploring another verge

What a lovely afternoon! Put Hector's "mountaineering" equipment on and ventured down our country lane to a private drive/public footpath for our walk. I prefer this training lead to the retractable leads even though I have to pay it out and bring it in, often ending up with knots. I watch the landscape and Hector does his own thing, sniffing and smelling all wondrous fragrances!
