Isle of May - Day 3

Getting on with the woodwork - few tools, no bench and little time.
The weather was good though, and I was able to work outside in the sunshine.
These guys were over to empty the septic tank.
This was last emptied 5 years ago.
They had to fill a large metal flask 3 times, and it was then flown over to Crail in Fife to be 'dealt with'.
There was supposed to be a pump.
No pump.
So they had to use a shovel and buckets to transfer the contents of the septic tank.
They usually work off shore, cleaning out oil and chemical tanks. It was their first experience of this type of work, and , they insisted, their last!
Anyhoo, they said the YES support was very evident on their travels from Nigg, and wanted a shot with the helicopter.
