Think I've got a better foto than he did . . . !

Waves forecasted 6-9 feet, peaking in the afternoon. Went out both morning and afternoon; this one is a morning shot. Definitely in the lower range, but awesome, nonetheless. This great upward drive is due to the topography of the beach, a steep not gradual dropoff. The energy of rolling ocean and breaking waves is so thrilling! Cameras were everywhere, in the water and on the beach.
