Still Summer

Another beautiful late summer day. The sky, speckled with thin cloud but still blue made a fine backdrop to the rowan trees in their full glory. Even the pedestrian crossing sign seemed to have its place in this picture. As in all good urban areas nature has its place!
Unfortunately I spent most of this lovely day at work, attending meetings via the computer or trying to fine-tune the use of Hangouts with distance students. But I did attend one face-to-face meeting down at the swimming pool. And I do have a job to go to which is something to appreciate these days.
