Another ride

Finally managed to get out on the bike today after cleaning cars, a bit of gardening and looking after the kids... I went out with Jay and we crammed in about 17 miles and a pint in jus over an hour. Good going.

My thought, we were both very hot and the pint did wonders... Try one ;-)
