Hardy geranium

This is one of my favourite flowers, one of the many varieties of hardy geranium. That's not rain, I took the photo after I watered the plants.

Another lovely day today and we spent a couple of hours on the beach. The sea didn't look inviting enough for a swim today. After two days of walking over 8 miles both days at the weekend, it was nice to have a rest,
