The Wellmeadow

I blipped this scene in the Wellmeadow Blairgowrie this morning before we left for home. It seems to be the venue for farmers markets, fetes, etc. and we saw a pipe band playing there yesterday. There was a lot of activity today with ladies in high vis vests saying "Blair in Bloom" tending the flower beds and planters around the town.
We're home now after a drive in very wet and blustery weather. Can't believe how lucky we were weather-wise up until today.
