a lot to look forward...
2 ways of spreading light:
1. to be the candle or
2. the mirror that reflects it.
"I look forward to growing old and wise and audacious."
Glenda Jackson
(old and audacious i sort of managed but wise?...not even managed to get my my wisdom teeth!!!)
"Let us not look back in anger, nor forward in fear, but around in awareness. "
James Thurber
(always looking around...always. occasionally look back -but only very occasionally.)
"Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today."
Thomas Jefferson
(should i celebrate today then...!? i could you know)
"Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning."
Albert Einstein
(this is not my home by the way and she may not even be me...!?stopped for a coffee in Heerenveen a place that looks quite dull from outside: it's in the middle of an industrial estate and by the motorway, but... is pure "gezelligheid" inside: open fire and full of lovely little details , something that the dutch are so goot at...i was trying to snap the contrast but failed miserably. but then again...maybe didn't)
