Cake decorating- Toby fitted as many choc sprinkles and choc drops on as he could.
Cat feeding.
Long ride round beacon with Cara & Osh and Karen and Chino. We've not all managed to ride out together since spring what with one thing and another. Poor Cara hasn't been able to ride for weeks and was so pleased to be back in the saddle but part way up Beacon as we were cantering she had to pull Osh up as he was lame. She insisted we carried on with the ride whilst she walked him home so we did but did feel really bad we didn't go home with her. Lime was flying. He doesn't normally keep up with Chino on the gallopy bits but overtook him today! He was on a mission!
Home for a BBQ with James and Lynne. Mr EG made a gorgeous chocolate mousse. Mmm!

Baths and bed. Fell asleep and woke up at midnight realising had not ironed Toby's school uniform. I don't generally do ironing cos life is too short but don't want Toby to look scruffy for school so I dragged myself downstairs and tackled a big basket full. Found some clothes in the bottom of the ironing basket that I forgot I owned. Don't need officey type clothes anymore anyway. Also an aged 2 shirt of Toby's!!! I think he wore it till he was 3 and a bit but even so it's been in there at least a year! Bed at about 2.30am but couldn't sleep as had been asleep from 9pm to midnight. Very bad.
