That was some party

Nothing to blip so this is one of my work record photographs. It’s not the aftermath of a rave as the title suggests but a somewhat derelict building at the end of its useful life.
I was told today by a well informed local man that this was a MacBrayne’s bus garage in the 30s. Big sliding doors opened out on to the High Street and the buses reversed in between columns you see here. The building has been vacant for several years now and its last occupation was as a retail unit.
The Fort William High Street shopping public have generally migrated towards the east end and the West End post code has not enhanced this property either.
