The long and winding road

After a day of homework what better way to distress than to go for a 10 K run with the dogs along the West Highland Way. Here we are almost home. I always return home bright red in the face, sweating and Will looks like he is just about to set off!!! Only a few more weeks to the Great Scottish Run in Glasgow. At least we know we can do the distance.
