Struggling with BT

What can I say... They suck!

They charged me £27 for redirecting my calls to my mobile while my landline was down (10 days!) even though it was supposed to be free.

I called and complained about it and the charming young man promised not to charge me. Then I checked my bank account and guess what? They did charge me for it!

spoke to them again today - they promised to credit my account... And also tried to sell me another service!

Still don't understand why I have to pay the full fee while my line (and internet) were not available for a third of the month!
