The first 20 minutes...

Jeez I thought Thursday was shitty.

I have been on a day trip to somewhere in the East Midlands to be a bad news bear. The day was scheduled to be a 5 hour workshop which was rendered mostly irrelevant by my bad news.

Confused by this turn of events - for I delivered my bad news in the first 20 minutes - the full workshop took place anyway. I think it was their way of punishing me.

On the up side it eradicated most of my guilt around the aforementioned bad news so... not all bad.

I'm working on my positivity... can you tell?
