The next thing?

Have I really blipped a lamp post? Well, it has been a bit of a poor day for blips but actually it's all about the notice! To our surprise we found that we needed to apply for planning permission to make a back door into our garden (at present we have to go down that little lane you can just see and into the garden from it)
