Palaeontologist

Today good- We have been reading dinosaur books this week for the book club so today we had a little bit of palaeontology fun. I've been saving some dino eggs so I got them out and hid them in the garden. When the kids found their eggs they opened them to find a Plaster of Paris egg with tools to crack it open. I have to admit the tools weren't up for the job and I eventually had to get a screwdriver and help a bit myself but Chickpea was very determined and kept at it for ages, brushing it off with the little brush, and eventually found a dinosaur skeleton inside. They both really enjoyed it!

Today bad- I lost my phone. Somewhere. Not at home.
