Beauty left to waste

This is the outside of a building just off Heroes' Square...one of the "must-see" tourist attractions in the city. It's a bit bitter sweet really; you're faced with the fantastic exterior of the building and the stunning fact that the interior ceiling of the front terrace is finished in wood panelling(!!!), but sadly brought down to earth by the fact that it doesn't appear to be anywhere near the glorious state it should perhaps be in.
